Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Aeotrak, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

Aeotrak is a software platform that monitors how brands appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini), diagnoses why competitors win specific prompts, and generates fix recommendations + content. The service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.
  • One account per individual or organization. Sharing accounts violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Aeotrak to monitor domains you do not own or have permission to monitor.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits.
  • Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Use the generated content (FAQ schema, blog posts, etc.) in ways that violate the rights of third parties.

5. Payment & cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. The first charge is at signup; subsequent charges occur on the anniversary of your billing date.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
  • Plan switches (upgrade or downgrade) cancel the current subscription immediately and start a new one at the new tier. Any remaining time on the old plan is forfeited.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform depends on third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity), whose own outages may affect monitoring runs. Failed runs are retried automatically; persistent failures may delay your reports.

7. Content & ownership

  • You retain ownership of any data you submit (domain, account info).
  • Content generated by Aeotrak (recommendations, schema markup, blog drafts) is provided for your use, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it on your site.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Aeotrak is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI engine outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or change over time — visibility scores represent point-in-time measurements, not guarantees of business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for non-payment. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
