Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use Aeotrak, we collect:

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers from Google sign-in or magic-link email.
• Domains you monitor: the URLs you enter for crawling and AI-engine queries.
• Billing data: subscription state and payment metadata processed by Razorpay. We never store card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, error reports (via Sentry) — used to improve the product.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: crawl your sites, query AI engines, store results, send reports.
• To bill you (via Razorpay) and send transactional emails (via Resend).
• To detect abuse and protect the service.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models.

3. Who we share with

Limited to third parties strictly required to deliver the service:

• Supabase — database and auth hosting.
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity — AI model providers (your monitoring prompts are sent as queries; no account data goes to them).
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Sentry — error monitoring (request data may be captured; we redact auth tokens).

4. Your rights

You can request to access, export, or delete your account data at any time by emailing hello@aeotrak.com. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens) and remembering your active brand. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Cancel your account and we delete your profile + agents + monitoring history within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., billing records).
